The service provided by Wendy, Shaneika, Janelle, Jared, and Maradona was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The Turtle Beach Resort stands out for its chilled holiday atmosphere, though the dated appearance may not suit everyone's taste.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were fantastic, very spacious with fantastic views of the ocean & pool, and always kept clean with fresh towels provided daily. The service by the staff was top-notch, they were all very friendly, attentive, and polite. The location was good, especially being close to St Lawrence's gap for those looking for nightlife. The dining experience, although not the best for feeding our daughter at times, was of decent quality. Overall, a great experience with minor hiccups here and there.

I had an amazing stay at Turtle Beach Resort! The rooms were spacious and had a surprise ocean view, which was a nice bonus. The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Juan, who kept our room spotless and went above and beyond. The location is unbeatable, right on the beautiful beach and close to vibrant nightlife. The dining options were decent, but there was room for improvement in the hot selections. Overall, a top-notch resort with fantastic amenities.
